Our client is a high-profile supplier of packaging machinery to the food processing and Packaging industries throughout Australia and New Zealand.

At this time we are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to undertake install machinery, provide preventative maintenance, and upgrades. You will be working with a wide range of high-end packaging and processing equipment across the dairy, protein, and general packaging sectors.

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Perform machine installations and conduct tests to ensure that the machine is fully operational.
- Provide demonstrations of the machinery with product and customer's operator/technical personnel.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance services to equipment at the customer's request.
- Assist in Quality Management Systems.
- Occasional interstate and internationally travel will be required.

**The ideal applicant will hold some if not all of the following**:

- Hold an Australian Electrical Licence (Class A or B) and current Drivers Licence.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Field Service Technician/Engineer or a relevant position.
- Preferred experience in working with food production equipment e.g. high-speed slicing, process and packaging, weighing, or liquid filling equipment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
