**About the Role**
As the Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of brands. This role requires someone to be proactive, continuously pushing to get the best performance for your clients.
- The role requires you to have a commercial mindset, with strong negotiation skills. Be able to manage clients and reach commercial targets and client growth.
You will support your manager with the relationship with key affiliate network partners and clients. You will be continuously pitching opportunities and driving strategies, whilst providing regular marketing updates and collateral, ensuring that all operational tasks are in-hand.
**Your Focus**:
- Leading majority tier 2 and 3 clients, supporting across tiers 1’s, ensuring growth and meeting client objectives. Including building out plans that help increase the number of mass relevant offers for your portfolio
- Support leaders in the growth and management of your vertical/s and your client portfolio within that vertical
- Present and share marketing ideas to your brands and share PCA performance when necessary
- Support your manager and HOCS with feedback and ideas to drive sustainable team target growth by consistently meeting or exceeding OKRs and the client NPS score
- Delegate work to relevant Account Executives and Coordinators and provide continuous support
- Provide support to Sales team when dealing with a potential new client within your vertical
- Responsible for sustaining and renewing direct client agreements including additional channels, new products that drive additional and increased revenues
- Collaborating with partners to establishment growth within our marketplace, leveraging reporting platforms in the formulation of reaching targets and OKRs
**About You**:
- Must be able to work under pressure, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Well developed marketing/sales experience delivering on business objectives.
- An understanding of the loyalty, retail, e-com and technology space, and demonstrated history of working within any of these.
- Be commercially aware and able to manage yours and other times efficiently.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to provide insights and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a solution mindset and have the ability to solve client problems and navigate any technical issues that may arise
- Strong campaign management skills are important, along with the ability to manage external and internal time frames
- Hands on tools including all affiliate networks, Asana, Excel & BI. (Preferred but not required)
