Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting to appoint
**_Accommodation Officer(s)_** for our Major Mining Client in Brisbane.

This is a fast paced work environment and our client is seeking a motivated administration assistant to support the operations within the Accommodation and Flights team.

This role involves a high level of customer focus and administration proficiency to deliver accommodation and travel to their workforce.

Will be required to work some weekends with penalty rates awarded after 38 hours worked.

**_In this role you will also be responsible for:_**
- Review & respond to village accommodation & flight workflow requests within allocated timeframes & operating procedures
- Provide accurate & timely data entry and analysis of current and forecast accommodation requirements supporting best utilisation of supply
- Liaise with various village operators regarding accommodation and operation matters
- Work with peers and support management from within the operation in order to resolve resourcing and scheduling issues so as to deliver optimal delivery of service
- Co-Operate with maintenance teams, external service vendors and village service providers to execute activities related to village accommodation;
- Partake in daily Pre-start meetings
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development
- Adhere to and demonstrate our Client’s Charter Values

**_About:_**
- Must have prior Administration experience
- You will have excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- You can multi-task to manage competing priorities within very tight time frames
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, outlook, and SAM/Workflow, experience preferable but not essential
