We're seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift/Picker Operator to help keep our yard running smoothly and safely. This full-time role involves handling and dispatching masonry products as a key part of our day-to-day operations.

This full-time, permanent role offers variety and flexibility, with shift times between 4:00am and 6:00pm to support our busy yard operations. Overtime opportunities are also available—perfect for those looking to boost their earnings while building a stable, long-term career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely operate forklifts to move, package, and dispatch masonry products while maintaining quality and adhering to procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised yard and perform basic equipment maintenance and manual handling tasks.
- Complete required documentation, report incidents or hazards, and ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- A Forklift Licence with experience in pick/pack operations along with safe loading and unloading of trucks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and environmental standards
