Melrose Contracting Pty Ltd is a well-established roofing company servicing Sydney, Newcastle, the South Coast, and the ACT. We are currently seeking experienced and detail-oriented **Metal Flashing Installers** to join our contractor network, based out of our **South Nowra** office.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for contractors with proven experience in the fabrication and installation of metal flashings for residential roofing projects. The work involves precise measuring, cutting, and fitting of flashings to ensure water-tight, clean, and professional finishes on a variety of roofing systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to job sites to measure and install custom metal flashings
- Install flashings to roofing and wall systems
- Liaise with site supervisors and builders to ensure accurate installations
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship on-site
- Assist with minor roofing tasks where required

**Ideal Contractor Profile**:

- Solid experience in metal flashing installation (residential)
- Precision and attention to detail in measuring, cutting, and fitting
- Ability to interpret site plans and flashing schedules
- Own tools, vehicle, and relevant insurances
- White Card (construction industry)
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Trade accreditation in Roof Plumbing or related field highly regarded
