Melrose Contracting Pty Ltd is a respected and well-established roofing company operating across Sydney, Newcastle, the South Coast, and the ACT. We are currently seeking experienced and reliable **Fascia and Guttering Contractors** to support ongoing/ future projects based out of our **South Nowra** office.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking skilled, motivated contractors with a background in:

- Fascia and gutter installation
- General roofing work
- Flashings and leak detection (training can be provided)

This role is suited to roofing plumbers, carpenters, or experienced tradespeople who can work autonomously, communicate well with supervisors and clients, and are committed to quality workmanship and meeting deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to residential building sites for fascia, gutter, and flashing installation
- Perform accurate on-site measurements for roofing and flashings
- Liaise with building supervisors, site managers, and clients
- Identify roof and guttering issues (e.g., leaks) and report or assist with solutions
- Install and secure roofing materials and custom flashings as required
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance on all job sites

**Ideal Contractor Profile**:

- Proven experience in fascia & Guttering
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and specifications
- Strong time management and communication skills
- White Card (WorkSafe approved)
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Own tools, transport, and relevant insurances
- Accreditation in Roof Plumbing, Carpentry or related fields is highly regarded

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
