About the role

Join our growing team at BTmetalroofing' as a full-time Roof Plumber, Roof labourer or a 2,3,4 year apprentice in the shoalhaven and Illawarra NSW. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of metal roofs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Undertake roof plumbing tasks, including installing, repairing, and maintaining metal roofs
  2. Interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications to complete projects accurately
  3. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  4. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken

What we're looking for

  1. Qualifications as a licensed Roof Plumber or equivalent experience or 3 -4 year apprentice
  2. Strong technical skills and expertise in metal roofing installation, repair, and maintenance
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  5. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  6. Good communication and customer service skills
  7. Attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently
