**About Pilloni Restaurant**:
Enter Pilloni Restaurant, an Italian restaurant built around a fire, with the finest Australian meat and seafood, laced in nostalgia with classic, tableside service.

Our menu is an homage to the Sardinia Island. All of the ingredients we use come from sustainable farms, hunters and fishermen around Australia, committed to provide superior ingredients in respect with Mother Nature. Our menu changes frequently based on what is freshest at the time. We provide a variety of proteins, with a focus on fish, pork and lamb. We collaborate with nearby farmers to showcase both the larger season and the smaller seasonal variations in order to highlight the best of what they have to offer.

Each meal contains a component that has been touched by the fire that we use to cook over.

**We are looking for**:
Section Waiters

**Your tasks & responsibilities**:

- Managing your section during service and ensuring a positive guest experience
- Readying the restaurant for service, ensuring your section is fully stocked and cleaned, ready to receive our customers.
- Use POS for order management
- Providing menu recommendations and explaining our food philosophy to our guests
- Food & beverage matching recommendations
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Checking if your guests have any dietary requirements
- Open communication with both FOH & BOH to streamline service
- Checking on customer tables to see if any issues with their food / service
- Checking bill accuracy and bill presentation to customers
- Process card payments

**Viewed Favourably**:

- Experience in gueridon/tableside service
- Proficiency in Italian cuisine
- Working knowledge of Italian wines, spirits & liqueurs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Tips
