Trade Waiter

We are on the hunt for experienced Wait staff, we have multiple venues at Tassis Pty Ltd, Massimo Bar and Restaurant, Opa Bar and Mezze, Yamas Greek and Drink, FOSH Bar and Restaurant and Rich and Rare, Longwang and Fatcow, Pompette and Dark Shepherd, Stilts and Mulga Bills (restaurants included the cuisine of Australian Steakhouse, Seafood Restaurant,Asian, Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine). Our company aims to provide the ultimate experience for our customers with fantastic service, and outstanding food and drinks. Pay rate to be discussed above indication only for full time staff.

**Skills and Experience Wait staff**

Flexible availability over a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Skill requirements for section waiters:

- Previous a la carte experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to run a section
- A true passion for food, hospitality and people
- Exceptional organisation skills - you need to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
- Be warm, personable and sociable - bring your personality to the table
- A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences
- Advanced communication skills
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Wait Staff experience not essential, but willingness to learn and work in a fast paced restaurant required.
