As our next Lead Technician, you will work closely with our Project Manager and Technical Team Leader as a leading hand on all commercial projects. You'll be adding significant value through:

- Installing the latest security, access control and IP CCTV systems across a wide range of commercial and residential premises.
- Responding to service calls and fault-finding requests to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks with existing customers and recommending any upgrades or improvements to their security systems.
- Performing site assessments and assisting the office team with estimates and quotations.
- Becoming a technical lead in our service department where you will eventually train, develop and mentor upcoming technicians.
- Acting as a technical advocate to identify any site or client concerns and recommending improvements with management.

To be considered for this opportunity, there are some fundamentals we are hoping to see you bring;
- Proven experience within the Security industry
- An open cabling license or an A-grade electrical license
- A security license
- Experience with Concept, Inception, Integriti & Tecom
- Victorian Driver’s license
