**Description**:
Reporting to the General Manager Operations you will be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of areas across site including site administration, flights, village, waste management, stores and warehouse, and other critical related areas eg fuel management and chemicals.

As part of our rapid growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced** Facilities and Admin Superintendent **to join our Operations team. Reporting to the General Manager Operations you will be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of areas across site including site administration, flights, village, waste management, stores and warehouse, and other critical related areas eg fuel management and chemicals.

This opportunity is an **8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Gascoyne region.**

**Your role**
- Leadership of site administration and warehouse teams
- Management and key contact for contracts and commercial on site including village management
- Day-to-day management and oversight of flights, buses, mobilisation and site visitors
- Management of warehouse function including spares, repairs, logistics and freight
- Non-core engineering and processing tasks including maintenance of process chemical stock, fuel, gas, production transport
- IT systems and processes eg INX, Pronto
- Contribute to embedding an inclusive and high performing culture underpinned by the values of integrity, trust, courage, respect and performance excellence

**About you**
- Experience leading and developing a high performing site team
- Relevant experience and knowledge in facilities management, warehouse or related areas
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and regulatory compliance in WA mining sector
- Current Drivers licence
