The Construction Manager is required mentor and lead the estimating and delivery side of the operations. Work in progress will include multiple, small, medium to large domestic and commercial construction repairs. Working alongside Project Coordinator and Supervisor, the Construction Manager is responsible for the timely completion of budget breakdowns for the tender process, then upon authority of repairs, working onsite to deliver timely and service focused repairs.

The Construction Manager will have multiple projects and is ultimately responsible for all site based operations such as quality assurance, customer service and delivery of budgets and construction schedules. The role involves working closely with the State Operations Manager and company Directors.

**Key Professional Skills and Qualifications (desirable)**:

- Solid construction supervision experience in small, medium to large, domestic and commercial construction repairs.
- Proven skills in construction estimating for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties.
- Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, trades and suppliers.
- Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements.
- Ability to interpret plans and engineers drawings.
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
- Experience in the insurance repair industry is highly advantageous.

- Able to develop business through quality service delivery.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programs.
