**Do work that matters**

As a **Chief Operations Office Trainee**in the Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy, you will undertake a 12-month traineeship, working fulltime with a view to moving to a permanent role at the successful completion of your traineeship. You will be supported to train on-the-job, complemented by accredited Certificate studies in Business.

You will be part of a Team that is dedicated to running, improving and transforming the processes that deliver products, services and productivity benefits to the CommBank Group’s customers.

- Desire to learn more about the organisation and further develop project skills

**We’re interested in hearing from people who**
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Can demonstrate competency in use of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Possess a learning mindset
- Are committed to working with a team to meet the needs of our customers while completing a Certificate Qualification
