You are service minded and are inspired by exceeding customer expectations. From this you understand the impact and importance of working with service requests, incident management and knowing what to prioritise when. You have strong communication skills and experience in driving a message across different areas of a business. In addition, you also have the ability to manage processes and have extensive knowledge of how to plan strategically, tactically and operationally that is efficient and cost conscious. You are able to work and lead in change processes at all levels of the business. You have a passion for people and ensure development opportunities for all your team members.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Country Service Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following;
- Responsible for the team delivering Country Digital technical support and services to all supported business units following common ways of working
- Create a climate of teamwork, collaboration and togetherness within the team and with Central Group Digital
- Identify and action improvements opportunities in ways of working, share across teams and countries when relevant
- Follow up team and individual performance through KPIs and monitoring following the standards defined by Central Group Digital
- Responsible for identifying technology-related business needs and ensuring availability of resources and their competence to meet requirements
- Contribute functional expertise to the country organisation with budget input, follow-ups and in developing strategy and action plans

TOGETHER AS A TEAM

As part of the Country Digital team, you contribute to securing effective IT that supports IKEA business processes by maintaining, developing and supporting reliable, robust and efficient Digital products and platforms. Working together with all functions to ensure co-workers have the digital tools and capabilities needed to do their best.
