Are you an Engineering Manager who would like to work for a truly global Australian success story? We are looking for a leader to drive excellence in engineering and delivery within our Cloud team. You'll collaborate with product and design to create customer-focused solutions from concept to completion, while empowering your team to exceed their goals.

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, this is a full-time hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office 3 days per week.

**Some of what you might do**
- You'll make sure your team works in the smartest way possible by helping engineers make intelligent trade-off decisions and collaboratively mature work practices.
- You'll build relationships and collaborate within Product Development and across PaperCut to ensure that your deliverables reach expectations with quality.
- You'll review and improve how your team approaches product engineering to ensure we're getting both the commercial and product performance that we expect.
- You'll invest in developing your team's capabilities and identifying and attracting new talent to PaperCut.

**A little about you**
- You can work with other Engineering Managers to make product engineering decisions and guide execution.
- You have experience building and releasing a successful SaaS product and working on improving launched products.
- You can support your team in helping them deliver high-quality software products.
- You can take a holistic approach to engineering, considering the wider businesses' thoughts and their impact on your decision-making.
