We are looking for a Marketing Guru As a Marketing Manager at RASHAYS you will use your marketing mind and management skills to coordinate the marketing requirements of the business. You will develop, deploy, and refine various marketing processes, guide the team to achieve key deliverables and keep our marketing current and on-brand.

**As a Marketing Manager at RASHAYS you will**:
- Marketing activities to increase memberships (RASHAYS Rewards)
- Marketing activities to increase Franchise awareness and sales
- Use your genius at social media and traditional marketing to know what's trending and work with the team to create engaging content that drives the brand forward
- Utilising several social media platforms to push the RASHAYS brand (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok & Instagram)
- Manage the company’s web presence, including the website, social media and other marketing assets
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance
- Work closely with the team to create and implement new restaurant opening marketing plans
- Coordinate the team to achieve key tasks and deliverables
- Create an event calendar, promotions and programs to drive a measurable increase in revenue

**To be successful you will have**:
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry is a must
- A minimum of 3 years' marketing experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Have a proven track record of creating engaging, trending and on-brand content
- Experience working within the creative process and in particular working with graphic designers and photographers within both the digital and marketing space
- Flexible nature / attitude and be willing and able to travel to different restaurants/locations if required
- Be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven success working to tight deadlines and within a fast-moving environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with external brands, suppliers and agencies
- Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills; open to constructive feedback
- Build and oversee the execution of the digital marketing team activities
- A good understanding of various marketing platforms and channels
