No two days are the same here at Rashays In this role you will be responsible to not only develop but also execute strategies to attract potential franchisees, assess them and induct them to join the Rashays family. The relationship between Rashays and the franchisee is a vital one where the success of Rashays is intertwined to the success of our franchisees

**In the role of Franchise Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Be the first point of contact to communicate updates and procedural changes to the franchise partners and monitor the franchise mailbox for any questions/queries.
- Initiate, negotiate and finalise business sales - drafting sale documentation and working with all parties to reach settlement.
- Provide RASHAYS franchisees with expert advice and support to enhance the efficiency of their day to day operations.
- Ensure existing franchisees are adhering to the franchisee contractual agreement
- Undertake franchise selection and work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that will attract new and potential franchisees and assess their suitability
- Provide support and guidance for franchises in training and business settlement
- Providing advice to senior management on planning and promoting future opportunities
- Completing research on proposed sites which demonstrates financial viability and sales forecasting
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- The ability to coach and mentor franchisees
- Hospitality industry knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including relationship management, consultation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a high degree of problem solving and dispute resolution skills.
