Job Description Summary

Exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Business Services team
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data in the ERP system by entering new or updated information as requested
- Respond to data entry or maintenance requests and enquiries in a timely manner in accordance with service level agreements
- Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information
- Establish data entry priorities
- Escalate issues appropriately to their manager or data source owner
- Maintain operations by following established policies and procedures and reporting necessary changes
- Assist in developing new data maintenance processes where there is an opportunity to improve efficiency and/or quality

Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a database administrator or similar relevant experience is highly regarded
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly maintaining Customer/Supplier Master Data is advantageous
- Experience working in, or exposure to service or manufacturing operation is highly regarded
- Strong Excel knowledge, including the ability to analyze data
- High level of attention to detail
