Western Health is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join the Best Care Governance and Support Division in the role of a Best Care Coordinator.
There are various options of temporary EFT available.
The Best Care Coordinator works collaboratively with senior managers, clinical and non-clinical staff, and consumers to support an effective, co-ordinated, organisation-wide approach to quality system development and implementation.
The primary focus of this work can be summarised under the following headings:
- Patient Safety
- Patient Feedback
- Quality system capability
- NSQHS and other designated Standard support
- Clinical practice improvement
The Best Care Coordinator plays a role in ensuring that Western Health’s approach to quality improvement remains contemporary, focused and based on the best available evidence.
- Experience and success in a similar role

- Well-developed interpersonal skills and high-level communication skills with a collaborative and consultative approach
