About the JCTS
Joint Colleges Training Services Pty Ltd (JCTS) is a joint venture between the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). JCTS facilitates shared GP training activities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health initiatives, cultural education, mentorship, and registrar housing in remote communities.
About the role
The Operations Manager oversees Regional Managers, ensuring effective service delivery, budget management, and strategic implementation. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll drive organisational success, manage key stakeholder relationships, including acting as their delegate when required.
**As our Operations Manager, you'll also**:
lead and support Regional Managers to ensure high-quality service delivery, performance accountability, and resource accessibility.
oversee budget management and support the General Manager in strategic planning, reporting, and operational decision-making.
foster strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams, RACGP, ACRRM, and external partners to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
drive team development and organisational culture, ensuring an inclusive, high-performing work environment aligned with JCTS goals.
Skills & Experience
Proven leadership in operations and team management.
Strong budget, strategy, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.
Ability to drive organisational success and cultural safety.
