We’re looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to join our team at our Adreno Melbourne Superstore

**About you**:

- We’re looking for someone with a fun and out going attitude, who is happy to talk about diving and the ocean all day long
- If you’re a Scuba Diver, Surfer, Spear Fisher, Free diver or water sports enthusiast who is passionate about the ocean - then this is the job for you

**Responsibilities include**:
Supporting the Store Manager in:

- Managing and motivating the team to achieve exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets
- Operational excellence managing inventory, warranties, returns and transactions
- Assisting our team by training, coaching and mentoring for growth
- Be a role model to create a great team culture

**Experience in the following will be highly regarded**:

- Retail leadership experience
- Spearfishing, surfing, scuba diving or free diving knowledge highly preferred but not essential
