A technology and electronics retailer in Australia is seeking a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC to work at Westfield Southland Shopping Centre. This is a full-time position that includes one late-night and one weekend shift.

**Salary**: Annual salary approximately $60,000 plus super. Hourly rate: $30.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the team to meet sales targets and maintain store presentation.
- Foster customer loyalty and drive database growth through service excellence and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by leading from the front.
- Manage administrative tasks, including stock management and staff rostering.
- Maintain merchandising standards and execute promotions accurately.
- Oversee staff performance, provide training, and assist in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage company assets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and store operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Tech retail or mobile phone repair experience is a big plus.
