NSW Government Agency is looking for a People & Culture Capability Specialist to lead all aspects of the Capability Strategy under the Professional Standards and Capability Stream of the Nominal Insurer Improvement Program.

**About the role**:

- Work closely with the People and Culture Lead to implement and embed a Capability Strategy
- Assist in the execution of the Capability Strategy, including the engagement of any internal stakeholders to assist in this work.
- Liaise with internal teams to assess the potential impact of the Workers Compensation Capability Strategy on other Business Units
- Work with relevant People and Culture and Operational teams to undertake a comprehensive job role review of existing claims job roles across the iCT and TMF business units
- Assist in the aligning of the Capability Strategy to the Agencies new Performance Cycle strategy and process.
- Assist in the build-out of job family/role development resources
- Consult and provide advice on the range of people related matters to support the process of transition and transformation.

**Essentials**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant HR field and proven professional experience
- Considerable people and culture transformation experience particularly implementing capability solutions in frontline job roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
