Who We’re Looking For:
An ambitious, results-oriented finance broker who:

- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Australian mortgage and/or asset finance industry
- Holds all necessary accreditations and compliance clearances
- Is highly skilled with the LMG system and CRM processes
- Can confidently write both residential mortgages and asset finance deals
- Works independently, manages a pipeline, and closes deals efficiently
- Is proficient in English, with fluency in Hindi and Punjabi preferred
- Is a self-starter looking to build a long-term career with a scalable pathway
- Values integrity, performance, and delivering top-tier client service

Role Responsibilities:

- Advise on and manage residential and investment loan scenarios from pre-approval to settlement
- Convert warm leads and/or generate own business pipeline
- Collaborate with our admin, pricing, and compliance teams to drive faster turnarounds
- Provide strategic, tailored finance advice to a diverse and multicultural client base
- Maintain full compliance with NCCP, AML/CTF, and aggregator protocols
- Work independently while contributing to a high-performing team culture

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
