**About the Location**

Relax on the coast of South Gippsland at Ingenia Holidays Cape Paterson Located only 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne, this park flanked by six local beaches, pristine waters, a rock pool and Bass Coast vistas offers modern two and three bedroom villas and over 100 powered sites for those who prefer camping or caravanning.

**Your Opportunity**

We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Grounds and Maintenance Officer to help keep our holiday park in top condition. If you take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, repairing facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, this could be the perfect role for you. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

**What You’ll Do**
- Attend to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments
- Maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces with mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored and properly maintained
- Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways
- Dispose of waste efficiently and keep communal areas tidy
- Work collaboratively to provide excellent service and maintain a high standard across the site

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- A valid driver's licence
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
