- **Initial 6 mths contract**:

- **Pays up to $480 p/d + Super (8 hrs working day)**

You will be responsible for supporting a positive commercial relationship among regionally located project teams, suppliers, contractors, and shared services, utilising established procedures.

**About the role**:

- Review, check, and process Contract and Panel Agreement payments to agreed standards and timeframes.
- Prepare and issue payment certificates, adhering to the Security of Payment Act (SOPA) requirements.
- Assist in end-of-month accruals and reporting requirements, preparation of purchase order requests and amendments, variation letters, security deposits and periodic coordinate contractor performance reports and other transactional.
- Record, capture, and update data in various contract and payment-related registers and systems.
- Maintain expertise in financial and contract management systems.

**About You**:

- Certificate IV in Business, Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in government (desirable).
- Experience using Procurement Systems and SAP for contract admin duties and compliance (desirable).
