Our client is a Commercial Joinery company working on major projects. They provide joinery services from manufacture to onsite installations with an In-house Polyurethane Paint Booth and state of the art machinery. They are seeking an experienced Joinery Production Manager to join the team.

**About this role**:
The Production Manager is responsible for planning and organizing the resources required to successfully complete large scale commercial joinery projects. Overseeing a team of 5 joiners, mentoring and developing their capabilities whilst completing the projects from start to finish. An exceptional leader and problem solver with advanced joinery project experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing projects from the moment it's awarded to completion
- Working closely with all departments to ensure all production stages are met
- Provide, anticipate and solve design, production and installation issues along with keeping up with variations
- Detailed production management planning, timeline preparation and risk analysis

**Required for this role**:

- 5 years minimum joinery experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills both verbal and written
- Broad experience in the joinery industry
- Be capable or running a team of joiners
- Capable of project tracking, problem solving and tracking costs
