We are now looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a newly created team of Working Capital sales consultants.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Fostering a high-performing team culture by leading from the front
- Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team, inspiring them to achieve successful outcomes for every client.
- Daily conversations with our lender partners to enhance lender relations.
- Ensuring clear compliance and call quality frameworks are in place and adhered to at the highest level, whilst constantly looking for new ways to improve the overall customer experience.
- Developing workforce planning strategies and initiatives, including learning and development initiatives.
- Providing daily customer insights and reporting to the Head of Sales on team performance to ensure company objectives are met or exceeded.

**Requirements**:
- Experience in sales either as a team leader or 2IC
- Passion for staff development and engagement
- Experience with Cloud SAAS systems, such as CRMs, dialler systems or call recordings are essential
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with high attention to detail.
- Great problem solver with the ability to think quickly
- Able report on analyse sales performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to take initiative as well as work as part of a team
