**Your Function**
As an **Inside Sales Manager** within the Tech Solutions Sales team - the fastest growing Global Business Unit inside DLL - you will be responsible for driving incremental new business to DLL by both Relationship Management and Business Development activities. The role will be directly responsible for key designated accounts with a shared sales target, supporting some of the largest global and local players in the Technology industry, overseen by designated Senior Business Development Managers. You will be required to work closely with the Senior Business Development Managers, and representatives of designated partners and resellers and their end-user customers as applicable. The role will also be a key liaison on these accounts with internal departments of DLL including Business Support, Credit, Settlements, Customer Service, Collections, Finance and Asset Management. Typical KPIs will include new business volume, margin and other income, partner satisfaction targets, call activity targets, and compliance.

**Key day-to-day responsibilities will include the following**:

- Develop and grow existing partnerships through proactive relationship management. Increase new business volume and DLL share of partner business, through new business initiatives, providing high-level service on in-flight deals, and problem solving and process improvements.
- Support new partner onboarding and training, covering finance product information, explaining DLL’s value proposition to new partner sales representatives and their customers, providing guidance on the end-to-end transaction origination process, and other information to develop successful partnerships.
- Continuously monitor and follow-up on leads in the pipeline with existing partners, and customers, including end-ofterm refresh and upgrade opportunities.
- Handle first-line escalation for designated partner and customer non-standard enquiries, including pricing, changes in Terms & Conditions, priority deal management and settlement exceptions. Also, act as first-line support for partner and customer queries on other matters including the customer asset portal.
- Provide cover for Senior Business Development Managers during leave periods.
- Signal sales opportunities for follow up by the Sales team and Country Sales Manager for new partner acquisition.

- Demonstrated experience in identifying customer needs, and going above and beyond in delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- A growth mindset, with proven ability to constantly improve oneself.
- Minimum 5 year experience in a comparative inside sales or account management role in Financial Services (preferred) and / or Technology industry experience.
- Prior exposure to digital delivery systems and tools to drive efficiencies and the best customer experience.
