**What you'll do**
We’re looking for a Campaign Delivery Specialist to join our Retail Media Network team at the National Support Office in Melbourne, Victoria.
Reporting to the Campaign Delivery Lead, you’ll be responsible for the seamless execution of supplier retail media campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll manage the end-to-end campaign process, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, advertisers, media partners, and creative agencies, to deliver exceptional service and campaign outcomes. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project work to enhance operational efficiency and align with industry best practices.
- Manage the full lifecycle of retail media campaigns from briefing to post-campaign analysis
- Ensure campaigns are booked, scheduled, and delivered accurately and on time
- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Identify and suggest areas for process improvement and contribute to small projects
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge repositories

**You’ll bring experience in media operations, campaign coordination, or administrative support, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.**
**You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills and service mindset will help you build strong relationships and deliver campaign excellence.**
