Thrive Mount Druitt, located in Western Sydney is our brand-new, 75 place, purpose-built centre due to open soon.

**About The Roles**

We have **permanent full time** opportunities for early childhood educators with **completed** **Certificate III or Diploma qualifications** to join the team.

These positions will see you working **8 hours per day, Monday to Friday or 10 hours per day, 4 days per week.**

**You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Provide assistance to other educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program through observations and documentation using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities
- A recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services qualification
- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
