**Cash A Way** requires Full Time **Pawnbroker / Pawnshop MANAGER **to join our team at our New location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the pawnshop, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing pawnshops.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a pawnshop manager or similar retail management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of pawnshop operations, including inventory management, pricing, and appraisal
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
