We are seeking experienced Administration Officers (A02) to start ASAP in a full-time temporary role (4 weeks) within the finance unit of a Vocational Education and Training Provider located in Ipswich.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- Previous administration experience (some experience within a purchasing environment such as matching purchase orders to invoices would be advantageous but not essential)
- Confidence learning and using a range of computer systems (with at least intermediate skills in MS Word and MS Excel)
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- A team player approach

This role will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support to procurement and purchasing areas, including receipting, checking and processing invoices
- Responding to written and verbal enquiries (with a focus on courteous, efficient and timely customer service)
- Data entry
- Records maintenance
- General administrative duties
