- **Duties and responsibilities include**:_
- Regular customer interaction
- Daily processing and management of customer orders and invoicing
- Reporting actual order quantities daily to bakery and pasty departments for production via a number of various Excel spreadsheets working off forecasted production)
- Assisting in inputting data into our internal operational files
- Assisting with basic accounting queries (invoices, credits, statements, payments)
- General support to the Office Manager and extended team
- **To be considered for this role applicants need to be able to meet the following selection criteria**:_
- Previous office-based, retail or hospitality Customer Service experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- A passion for customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- A true people person, ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Resolve customer issues
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Exceptional personal presentation

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
