**What You Will Be Doing**
The Communications Officer will have a strong focus on Internal Communications, and is responsible for the day to day management of the Intranet. The role writes and posts regular news updates on the Intranet, and also works with Departments to maintain their pages on the Intranet.The Communications Officer also works closely with the Communications Specialist to manage Peninsula Health's social media channels.
The Communications Officer will also be involved in working with various stakeholders across the organisation on the redevelopment of the Peninsula Health website.
The Communications Officer may be required to be on-call for media responses from time-to-time.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Experience in corporate communications, PR or as a journalist.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to successfully manage competing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Experience with corporate Intranet or content management systems.
