About The Role
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Communications Officer supports the Member and External Communications team to deliver clear, engaging and member-focused communication across digital, print and media channels.
As our
Communications Officer,
you'll:
- draft, edit and proofread high-quality material aligned with RACGP's editorial style guide
- develop and deliver communication plans and content across digital, print and media channels
- collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create tailored, member-focused communications
- support media activities and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth team operations
Skills and experience
- Strong writing and advanced editing skills
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience
- Skilled at managing deadlines under pressure
