**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join the award-winning culinary team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park. Working at our acclaimed Joseph’s Restaurant under our exciting new culinary leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our heritage setting and our luxurious style.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Day to day management of kitchen sections in a consistent and organised manner
- Organisation and execution of mise en place to the required standard

**About You**

You will bring your positive attitude, passion for cooking and positive attitude to the kitchen

To be successful, you will have:

- A positive, understanding and inclusive attitude.
- Hunger to learn and advance your cooking skills.
- Experience working in fast paced culinary focused environments.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy service environment.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
