Kichen Hand/steward

**Lancemore Mansion Hotel**are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand/ Steward to join our Kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist in maintaining a clean and functional working environment.

To be successful in this role it is preferable that you have:

- Ability in handling chemical
- An understanding of a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work around dishwasher/ Hot Kitchen
- Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Initiative and be a team player
- Moderate amount of wight lifting required
- Good personal presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivation, can do attitude
