**The Role**
With a fun, fast, and furious atmosphere, and an ever-changing environment you will enjoy the ability to multitask and assist the production team and warehouse supervisors as they come to the office (from the warehouse) with new queries, and administrative work for you.
Enjoy the excitement, and buzz, and assist the team to ensure timelines are met and reports are ready for the working week.
Daily duties will include,
- Counter service over the phone and face-to-face with line managers
- Handling queries, disputes, and escalation of queries where relevant
- Collection of timesheets
- Coordination of 110 staff members, log on and log off fingerprint scans
- Entry of timesheets into the in-house database
- Correcting anomalies, editing hours
- Checking with the line manager to clarify overtime or no ordinary hours worked
- Receiving new purchases, and handling relevant paperwork
- Database management entry and editing
- Monthly and weekly reporting
- Actioning incoming mail
- Document control for HSEQ policy and procedures
**Essential**
