**About the role**:
We are seeking experienced Hindi Speaking contracted support workers around the Guildford NSW 2161 area.
You will be providing support for our care recipients to maintain their well-being, develop lifelong skills, work towards their goals and give them access to community and social interaction.

Duties may include supporting people with daily living skills, providing personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, shopping, supporting with mental health and well-being and community/activity participation.

Shift times vary across the week and can include weekend work. Work-life balance is very important to us and therefore every weekend won’t be required. Although, if you’re after weekend work that would be a bonus

MUST BE A CONTRACTOR WITH CURRENT ABN AND INSURANCE.

**You will need**
- MUST BE A CONTRACTOR WITH ABN AND INSURANCE
- Able to speak fluent English and Hindi
- Be able to start as a contractor
- NDIS Support Worker experience
- Certificate III or equivalent
- A comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle
- A commitment to providing the best care to our clients through positive interactions
- Able to work independently and make decisions within the scope of the role
- Be reliable and punctual
- Covid-19 Vaccination
- A current NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Australian Business Number
- ABN Insurance
- A current, unrestricted Driver's License
- A current Working with Children Check
- A clear and recent criminal history check
- Covid-19 Vaccination report
- Work references
