**About the Role**:
As a Grade 2 Allied Health Assistant (AHA) based in the Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP), you’ll deliver person-centered care under the supervision of an Allied Health Practitioner (AHP). This role involves working with clients in various therapeutic activities, documenting progress, supporting smooth transitions in patient care, and contributing to team development and service improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Implement client programs under AHP supervision in various settings (community, aged care, etc.
- ) Assist with group therapy programs and document client progres
- s Ensure smooth client transitions through the healthcare syste
- m Deliver and trial equipment as prescribed by AHP
- s Participate in workforce development and mentoring of junior staff or student
- s Contribute to the development of services and quality improvement activitie

**Skills & Experience**:
Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent; Certificate IV is desirabl
- e At least 120 hours of clinical placement or equivalent experienc
- e Ability to work within scope of practice and under supervisio
- n Strong teamwork and communication skill
- s Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environmen
