- Permanent Part-Time | 28.5 hours per week | Grampians Health at Home Program, Ballarat_
- Permanent Part-Time | 15.2 hours per week | Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC)_

**About the Role**:
As a Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant, you will provide leadership within the Allied Health Assistant team in both the Grampians Health at Home Program (community-based care) and the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC). Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Allied Health team in delivering therapy, ensuring seamless care, and overseeing supervision and delegation of tasks. You will also contribute to service development and support the professional growth of junior staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Allied Health Assistant team in both community-based and cancer care settings
- Supervise and delegate tasks under the direction of Allied Health Professionals (AHP)
- Implement therapy programs for patients and monitor progress
- Ensure efficient communication within the team and with external partners
- Participate in service development, including strategic planning and resource allocation
- Mentor and support junior Allied Health Assistants, students, and new staff

**Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of therapy approaches and the ability to implement programs under AHP supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience supervising others
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to professional development and service improvement
