Permanent Part Time | 30.4 hours per week | $28.84 to $33.27 per hour + salary packaging

**About the Role**:
As a Grade 2 Allied Health Assistant (AHA) based in the Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP), you’ll deliver person-centered care under the supervision of an Allied Health Practitioner (AHP). This role involves working with clients in various therapeutic activities, documenting progress, supporting smooth transitions in patient care, and contributing to team development and service improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement client programs under AHP supervision in various settings (community, aged care, etc.)
- Assist with group therapy programs and document client progress
- Ensure smooth client transitions through the healthcare system
- Deliver and trial equipment as prescribed by AHPs
- Participate in workforce development and mentoring of junior staff or students
- Contribute to the development of services and quality improvement activities

**Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent; Certificate IV is desirable
- At least 120 hours of clinical placement or equivalent experience
- Ability to work within scope of practice and under supervision
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
