**Job Description**:
Based in our Multichannel Traffic Team, our **Traffic Coordinator** will be ensuring all commercial inventory is scheduled correctly and ready for telecast as per industry legal requirements (Free TV Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice) and National Traffic policies.

**Day to day you will**:

- Produce multiple daily commercial transmission schedules across our multi channels
- Ensure all sponsorship spots are scheduled as instructed and any exclusivity clashes are reported prior to finalisation of logs
- Schedule sport as instructed by the Sports sponsorship team
- Assist with late bookings and produce amendments due to late changes
- Complete the previous days reconciliation to resolve any discrepancies

You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.
