**Assistant Director role**

The role of an Assistant Director is a busy and varied one. With a strong focus on leadership and relationships with children & families.

As Assistant Director at our Croydon Park campus you will collaborate with our wonderfully skilled, personable and passionate campus Director. The role is a part contact role, supporting in the office and working on the floor as a float and mentor. You will communicate with families and support with roster management and compliance.
