**In this Associate Director role, reporting into David Brett, you will..**
- Take charge of building strong client relationships and shaping strategic plans while delivering tailored financial and industry insights
- Drive new transaction opportunities, engage clients with impactful solutions and maintain a sustainable risk position for a defined portfolio
- Work alongside a diverse team of product specialists, including the CME team and credit experts, while engaging with specialised areas
- Drive exceptional client experience and exceed satisfaction goals by delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions
- Cultivate and leverage powerful internal and external referral networks to drive meaningful connections and achieve impactful results

- A wealth of expertise in corporate banking, specialising in building and managing strong client relationships
- Deep expertise in credit and operational risk policies, empowering confident decision-making and strategic risk management
- A visionary approach to market tends and their influence on portfolio performance, driving strategic insights and impactful decisions
- Demonstrate proficiency in driving business development and creating new growth opportunities through innovative origination strategies
