We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Melbourne Showroom.
You will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture and ensure the
showroom is maintained to the highest of standards.
Areas of Responsibility
- Present our range and services whilst supporting the clients investing in Cane-line furniture and

associated services.
- Use your comprehensive product knowledge to ensure the features and benefits of our range and services are

shared with prospective clients.
- Establish and build a trade network whilst exceeding retail client expectations.
- Inspire clients and the design industry alike.
- Establish relationships with Architects, Interior Designers & key stakeholders.
- As showroom responsible, maintain a high level of visual merchandising & housekeeping.
- Coordinate quoting, order processing and all required administrative responsibilities.

Attributes Required for Effective Performance
- Minimum 3 years sales experience within the design and high-end furniture industry is desirable.
- Passionate about interiors and design (a degree or diploma in an Interiors / design related course is preferable).
- Visual Merchandising skills and experience.
- Extensive sales skills, customer service focused, self-motivated individual and a people person.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and team-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting in front of groups.
- Outstanding leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, organisation and planning.

Salary & Benefits

**Salary**: Negotiable (dependant on experience) + commissions.
