**The opportunity**:
The Property and ESG Administrator is a support role, assisting the Operations Department in Property and ESG related matters. EBOS group occupies over one hundred properties, ostensibly in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. These properties are mostly leased, with a limited number of owned properties.

The Property and ESG Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining lease information systems, ESG data collection and liaise with stakeholders and external partners on sustainability related matters. Additionally, the role will also provide admin support to the team such as organizing meetings, invoice approvals and other general administrative duties.

**What you will do**:

- Lease administration,
- Lease renewals,
- Undertake all data collection and ensure databases are up to date,
- Provide property related support to business units regarding lease terms, new leases, exits, planning, compliance, power consumption, and sustainability,
- Provide assistance to the Operations department for projects when required.

**What we are looking for**:
Mandatory:

- Effective interpersonal skills, strong team orientation, energy and motivation
- Experience (minimum 3 years) in supporting a multi-site property portfolio, preferably of an industrial nature
- Coordinate property administration activities with other departments
- Ability to develop property administration policies and procedures including process improvement
- Monitor lease performance and compliance and ensure accuracy of lease information
- Manage ESG data collection and analysis and oversee the production of ESG reports and disclosures

Preferred skills:

- Organisational Skills and Agility
- Attention to Detail
- Understanding of ESG issues and trends
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards
- Property and utilities database management, example Lease Eagle, Optima, Diligent.
