- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that the business has adequate resources to meet demand.
- Conduct staff training and development sessions to enhance their skills and improve their performance.
- Manage the business in the absence of the Manager, making decisions on their behalf as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
