As the Assistant Manager in this busy Karrinyup location, you will be supporting your Store Manager in day to day operations and the development of your sales team. This is a well rounded and autonomous role that will set you up for an outstanding retail career path.

My client is looking for a Assistant Manager who is sales driven with the ability to influence and develop your team, and someone who can deliver exceptional customer service to all walks of life.

**You will Bring**:

- Proven results in achieving results via structured kpi’s
- Immaculate presentation and engaging communication style
- Strong visual merchandising ability and attention to detail
- Experienced in managing stock and inventory
- Passion for building teams sales ability and sharing knowledge
- Outgoing and confident personality with a passion for retail

- Base salary of $56k+super
